Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, past trauma, or addiction start to take the wheel — but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Carlos Cisneros, a behavioral health clinician in Las Vegas, and I help individuals, couples, and families find steadier ground and move toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative, judgment-free, and rooted in trauma-informed care. Drawing on proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I work alongside you to understand what's really going on and build practical tools that fit your life. Whether you're facing a major life transition, healing from difficult experiences, or simply ready to feel more like yourself, my goal is to help you grow stronger, one session at a time. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, with daytime, evening, and weekend availability. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer a free consultation — reach out today to take your first step.
