I'm an associate therapist who brings empathy and a strong sense of purpose to my clinical work. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing—and shaped by a deep appreciation for each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and story. My journey into this field began as a behavior technician, where I supported children in building emotional and behavioral skills. Later, I had the opportunity to work with homeless women in Berkeley—a deeply meaningful experience that strengthened my commitment to advocating for and supporting underserved communities. Since then, I’ve provided both therapeutic care and case management in a range of settings, including an adult day health center and Kaiser Permanente. Most recently, I worked as a psychiatric social worker, offering support to older adults living with serious mental illness. In my clinical work, I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I strive to create a space that feels safe and respectful, where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and PTSD. No matter the issue, I bring care, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping each client move toward meaningful growth. I earned my master’s in social work from the University of California, Berkeley.
