Introduction

You’ve mastered holding it together. On the outside, you’re the strong one — the one everyone relies on. But inside, you’re exhausted. One small “Are you okay?” away from breaking down in the parking lot. You keep telling yourself you’re fine, yet your sleep is off, your body stays tense, your thoughts won’t slow down, and it feels like you’re surviving instead of truly living. If you’re craving relief, peace, and a version of yourself that feels grounded instead of overwhelmed, therapy is where that shift begins. This is the space where you don’t have to perform, stay strong, or hold it all together. Here, you get to exhale. I specialize in helping clients understand the powerful connection between the mind and body — how stress, anxiety, and past experiences live in the nervous system and show up physically, emotionally, and relationally. Together, we slow things down and listen to what your body has been trying to say. You’ll learn grounding and nervous system regulation skills that help create more calm, balance, and connection in your everyday life. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach blends solid clinical training with a warm, down-to-earth, nonjudgmental style. Therapy with me is a soft landing — a place where your experiences are honored and your healing unfolds at your pace. You deserve a life that feels grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are. And you don’t have to get there alone.
