I work with people in the midst of becoming who they are. The hard stuff you're carrying isn't something to fix or rush past, but something to understand. Whether you're 22 and overwhelmed by possibility, 35 and questioning the life you've built, or 45 and searching for what comes next, I'm here for that. My approach is collaborative and inspired by an existential therapy framework. I'm not handing you a toolkit and sending you on your way. I sit with you in the real questions. Anxiety, identity, meaning, relationships, and what it looks like to live with more honesty and less performance. Outside of sessions, you'll find me on a basketball court, writing songs, hiking, or deep in a strategy board game. I bring my whole self, and I hope you feel like you can too. My Christian faith shapes who I am, and I welcome conversations about faith when that matters to the person sitting across from me.
