I work with adults navigating a variety of life stressors from day-to-day stress & "adulting" to life transitions/change that can feel uprooting. My favorite piece of office decor is a sign that says "adulting is hard," a statement that rings true regardless of age. I particularly enjoy working with adults exploring neurodivergence and navigating later-in-life diagnoses of ADHD/ASD/AuDHD. In our first meeting I will often say “I don’t have a cookie cutter approach,” as no human is a textbook. I aim to cultivate a collaborative space to best understand your needs and utilize strategies from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Strategies (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused interventions.
