I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship or attachment concerns. I use EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-focused therapy, and IFS-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and develop tools that support the life they want to live. I also proudly offer an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in who you are—not like a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in, build emotional safety, and work at a pace that feels supportive and empowering. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. We may work on strengthening coping skills, understanding patterns in relationships, processing past experiences, and helping your nervous system feel more regulated so that life feels a little more manageable. Healing isn’t about becoming a different person or having everything figured out. It’s about creating more understanding, safety, and space for yourself—and recognizing that progress is possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way yet. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and begin this work together.
