Introduction

Are you exhausted from being everything to everyone good employee, present mother, supportive partner, reliable friend while wondering when it gets to be about you? Maybe you're managing anxiety that nobody sees because you've gotten so good at holding it together, or questioning who you even are beyond all the roles you fill. If you're tired of running on empty while everyone else's needs come first, you deserve support too. I'm Shabrial Henderson, LCSW, founder and Clinical Director of New Insight Clinical Counseling, and I specialize in helping women who are tired of doing it all alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety that's become your baseline, life transitions that have you questioning everything, or just trying to find yourself again beneath all the responsibilities, I create space where your needs actually matter. I help women move from overwhelmed and depleted to grounded and empowered. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based methods, I work with you to address the anxiety, establish clearer boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic self. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I understand what it's like to carry the weight of everyone else's expectations while losing sight of your own needs. I'm passionate about helping women move from survival mode to actually living. After working with me, clients feel calmer, more confident, grounded, and connected to themselves again with less anxiety, clearer boundaries, and relationships that feel authentic. You've been putting everyone else first for so long. Ready to prioritize you for once? Let's schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.
