I work with children, teens, and adults, offering a collaborative and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My work is rooted in a thoughtful blend of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy—interlaced in a way that is responsive to each client’s unique needs. I use a carefully interwoven approach that allows the work to unfold in a way that feels attuned, gentle, and deeply supportive. As a somatic therapist, I support clients in calming their nervous systems and creating more ease in the healing process through gentle, body-based interventions. Our work together attends to the relationship between mind, body, and behavior, allowing insight and regulation to develop alongside one another. Therapy unfolds slowly and intentionally within a safe and nurturing space. By listening to the needs of wounded parts with patience and compassion, clients begin to notice habitual patterns and survival adaptations. This collaborative and gentle process allows trust and inner strength to emerge, supporting meaningful healing and the ability to move forward.
