Introduction

I am a native Californian, a dedicated mother, and a therapist who has found deep purpose in supporting others through life’s most meaningful transitions. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding relationships, emotional wellness, and personal growth. I’ve worked across a range of settings—including private practice, outpatient behavioral health, school-based social-emotional programs, and community mental health—which has allowed me to support teens, college students, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in emotional awareness. I view therapy as a partnership—one where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to better understand yourself. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, patterns, and triggers while building practical tools to help you navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and solution-focused strategies to help you reconnect with your inner resilience. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, release barriers that may be holding you back, and move toward a more grounded and peaceful version of yourself. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, and relational trauma, helping them better understand their internal world and develop tools that foster stability and resilience. I also support individuals navigating major life transitions—including adolescence, college adjustments, divorce, career changes, parenthood, retirement, and shifts in identity or relationships. While these periods can feel overwhelming, they also offer meaningful opportunities for growth and self-discovery. I believe that with the right support, insight, and tools, meaningful change is always possible—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and aligned.
