I earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and bring years of child welfare experience to my work as a trauma-informed therapist. That background taught me how deeply life experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and relationships—and how powerful it can be when someone finally feels truly safe and understood. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based work, and family therapy, always tailored to your unique needs and pace. I believe in meeting clients where they are, drawing on evidence-based techniques while honoring the whole person. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating family dynamics, I'm here to help you identify your strengths and build the skills you need for meaningful change. I offer telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to support your journey.
