I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in understanding emotional patterns, relationships, and how early experiences shape the way we cope and connect as adults. In my practice, I work primarily with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others despite their efforts to move forward. I specialize in helping clients gain insight into their emotions and relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and create more intentional ways of responding to stress and life challenges. My approach is relational and collaborative. Therapy with me provides a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and work through challenges with clarity and guidance. Clients often find that our work together leads to increased self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and more fulfilling relationships.
