I'm Shana Bujake, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #152146) based in West Los Angeles. I see clients in person in West LA and via telehealth across California. My work centers on relationships and relational trauma — including narcissistic abuse recovery. Whether you're questioning whether your relationship is abusive, finding your way out of one, or wondering why love feels so hard, we'll name the dynamic clearly, break the trauma bond, and rebuild your self-trust. I also work with couples stuck in the same fight on repeat, and with individuals looking at their own patterns — why they choose, attach, and react the way they do. Therapy with me is focused and practical. Sessions are honest and collaborative: I'll ask the questions that matter and tell you what I'm seeing, so the confusing stuff starts to make sense. My work draws on EMDR-informed methods, the Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based practices. I offer a free 15-minute consultation — we'll talk about what's going on and whether I'm the right person to help.
