My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and client-centered, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I enjoy working with adolescents, women, mothers, and individuals facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, and I strive to help clients build healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, confidence, and overall wellness. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward healing, balance, and becoming the best version of themselves.
