Introduction

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapy 164358 I offer in-person sessions: Employed by Leela Mental Health in Palo Alto and San Jose, CA Supervised by Moitreyee Chowdhury, LMFT 121934, LPCC 9238 I also offer teletherapy throughout California. I am a queer, Chinese American woman with Hong Kong roots living with a chronic health condition in a world shaped by many systems that create barriers for people like me and you. Some days it can feel like everything is just up against you... because oftentimes it is designed that way! My mission is to challenge those systems and empower you to do so as well by helping you discover your individual needs and find meaning along the way. I work with what's happening within you here and now and how culture, gender, queer identities, and power might show up in your life. The bumpy road towards healing can feel new and terrifying and I recognize the vulnerability it can take to even get started. Safe spaces are ultimately created through community and alongside others who share your values. I want to do therapy with you. So, let’s build a space together where we can discover ways to gently bring back genuine, meaningful play and color into your life again. I especially like to work with teens, adults, older adults, couples, and CNM/ENM relationship structures who are looking to understand both themselves and their relationship to the world and others more deeply.
