The Sōma Collective was founded by Shannon Daidone, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, identity exploration, and emotional burnout. After working across non-profit, school-based, and executive leadership roles in mental health, Shannon recognized a persistent gap: the need for care that goes deeper than symptom management—care that honors the body, the story, and the soul. What began as a solo therapy practice became a calling to reimagine how we heal, grow, and sustain ourselves in modern life. Shannon’s approach blends clinical insight with nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and radical permission to show up as you are. Her mission is simple: to hold space for clarity, wholeness, and self-trust—especially for those who’ve been taught to survive by disconnecting from themselves.
