Introduction

Hi! I’m Shannon, and I’m honored to help people create the changes they want in their lives. Many clients reach out when patterns in life or relationships no longer serve them. I primarily work with individuals, and also with couples or families navigating eating disorder or trauma recovery. Together, we explore these patterns holistically, deepen self-understanding, and find ways to grow and live more authentically. Since 2017, I've worked with adolescents & adults who experience eating disorders at various levels of care. In addition, I provide EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and somatic and trauma-informed interventions. I collaborate with your healthcare team as needed, and offer support with coping skills, meal practices, and mindfulness skills during sessions. I offer a relational, down-to-earth approach, believing healing happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship. A spiritual, faith-based perspective can be incorporated when desired. Recent Testimonial from an Existing Client: "I literally can’t say enough good things about Shannon. I was hesitant to begin therapy and didn’t want to go. Shannon adapted her sessions to make me feel comfortable. Shannon realized how anxious I was and suggested we could do therapy while we walked around so I felt more comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients' well-being. She is very personable and professional. Shannon helped me create personalized systems to better my mental health. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon’s practice. She is awesome!"
