Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a space that is grounded, supportive, and free of judgment. My work is shaped by both my professional training and real-life experience, specifically as a former Deputy Sheriff, a mother and stepmother, and as a lifelong athlete. I specialize in supporting first responders and their families, mothers in all stages from preconception through postpartum, and current or former athletes working through performance pressure, identity shifts, or life after sport. No matter your background, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. This allows me to support clients in moving beyond feeling stuck, reducing the intensity of painful memories, and building a greater sense of resilience and calm. Together, we’ll take a thoughtful, holistic approach to your mental health and we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while building the tools and insight needed for lasting change. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.
