Introduction

Hi there! I'm Dr. Shannon Lynch, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I received my doctorate at Alliant International University, and specialize in ADHD, Identity, Self-Esteem, Women's Issues, and more! I am here to support and empower you through whatever life throws your way. Healing is not linear. Life is chaotic. Things happen to us that are out of our control. And because of this, I aim to offer an empathetic ear and judgment-free space to help you work through the struggles of what it means to be a human in our crazy world. I believe that every person is unique and therefore use an integrative approach to best fit each person's specific needs. I typically focus my therapeutic work on the relational aspects of life, aiming to help people establish fair boundaries and find balance while accessing their inner strengths, but I'm open to adapting based on your specific therapy needs I acknowledge my power in the room, while aiming to be just as human as my clients. You know more about you than I ever will, and therefore I believe that you are the expert when it comes to you. My job is to help you heal and establish new patterns moving forward. I look forward to working with you!
