Introduction

I offer the opportunity to develop insight into your emotional patterns, connect with your values and develop skills to achieve the outcomes you want. I approach therapy with empathy, compassion and a down-to-earth style. I use your reason for coming to therapy to foster value-based action in your life. I have a specific interest in working with a variety of relationships including ethical non monogamy as well as men and older adults. Finding a trusted person to say the hard things to is invaluable. I focus on making this first step doable. By acknowledging what brings you in, we find clarity. By digging deeper, we discover healing. Whatever the hard things are, I can walk the walk with you. The hardest part is reaching out. This is me extending a hand. I'll take the journey with you. My partner and I are co-owners of Lifespan Therapy Group. We have been serving our North County community for 15+ years. We raised our family here and have stayed to extend that circle of support to our community. We aim to provide all of your therapeutic needs through one door. Visit the profile of each provider in our group to determine your best fit.
