I help women who feel exhausted from always being the strong one. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, setting boundaries, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or relationship challenges that seem to repeat despite their best efforts. Often, these patterns are rooted in childhood trauma, emotional abuse, or difficult life experiences. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to understand these patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and build greater confidence and connection with themselves. While I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for women, I also work with clients navigating mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and challenging life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness. I have specialized training in TF-CBT through the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Healing is possible, even if you've spent years feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I'm here to provide a supportive space where you can gain insight, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.
