Introduction

Welcome! I’m a size-inclusive and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming Counseling Psychologist, and I love helping people find peace with food, their bodies, and their health. My style is down-to-earth and supportive—I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and cared for. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and use approaches that fit your unique strengths and goals. I specialize in Eating Disorder treatment and Health Psychology services. Whether you’re working through body image concerns, navigating a medical condition, or just wanting a better relationship with yourself, I’m here to support you with care and respect. You can read more about these services on the Services page, and if you’d like to know more about my background and training, you’ll find that on my LinkedIn profile in the Social Media section. Frequently Asked Questions Do you accept insurance? I do not bill insurance directly. Choosing self-pay therapy offers several benefits, including enhanced confidentiality, more personalized care, and greater flexibility in scheduling. My current rates can be found in the Fees section below. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions under your out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask if your plan covers virtual telehealth services with out-of-network mental health providers. If eligible, I can provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) to submit for reimbursement. How is payment handled? To make the process seamless and ensure we can focus our time on your care, I ask clients to keep a payment method on file and opt in to automatic billing. Payment is due at the time of each session. How do I schedule an appointment? To inquire about appointment availability or to learn more about my services and approach, please click the Contact link at the top of the page. I welcome inquiries from prospective clients and will get back to you as soon as possible. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step—I'm here to answer any other questions that you may have about the therapy process or my services.
