Introduction

Currently accepting telehealth and in person clients Hi and welcome! I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I take time to create a safe and inviting space with focus on the therapeutic relationship. I provide a non-judgmental, trauma informed, holistic and caring approach with a splash of humor. Together we will create safety, balance, and a healing presence. My ideal client is someone who is looking to go deeper into their healing journey by finding their truest highest Self. If you are struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, depression and past traumas that are still impacting your system, we will heal by being present with and accepting all that life is bringing. When we are able to bear witness to our suffering, our system begins to feel heard, understood, and cared for. This is where your healing journey begins. I believe we all have our own inner healing intelligence and with the right support and care, we can tap into that inner healer and begin a journey of wellness, growth, and most importantly healing. As Carl Rogers once said "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself, just as I am, then I can change". I provide: EMDR sessions 3 hour ketamine assisted psychotherapy sessions 55 minute psychotherapy sessions I do not take insurance but I do offer a sliding scale Contact me today to learn more!
