Introduction

Hi, I'm Shannon. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety-related disorders including OCD, panic disorder, and agoraphobia as well as somatic symptoms, chronic illness, relationship concerns, and complex trauma. I especially enjoy working with high-achieving and deep-feeling individuals who grapple with chronic stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. I understand first-hand how these patterns often develop as ways to manage pressure or maintain control, yet over time, can lead to emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, and disconnection from one’s needs. Growth isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to care for the parts of you that have been carrying so much. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for both insight and change. You don’t have to have it all figured out, we’ll navigate it, together.
