Hello, and welcome to my website! Over the last two decades, I have focused my work on supporting couples and families facing crises. I have also been a dedicated ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, fostering an inclusive space for healing and growth. An advocate of the solutions-focused brief therapy, I assert that for every problem, there are several solutions. Together, we will co-create a clear path to achieving your desired outcomes. I also offer both Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) for individuals, couples, families and groups at Skymeadow Farm Sanctuary, Greentown, PA. My philosophies are deeply grounded in Family Systems Theory principles. We all exist within intricate systems—family, friends, and work—and I am here to guide you in identifying and addressing any breakdowns within these systems. Through collaboration, we will work to restore harmony to your life. I earned a bachelor's degree in counseling and human services, with a minor in women's studies, from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. I embarked on a professional journey dedicated to understanding the complexities of human interactions. I earned a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. I am currently working toward full licensure under the supervision of Lauren McGill, LMFT. I live in the serene Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Here, I find happiness and joy in the company of my family and my loyal four-legged friends. Please feel free to ask any questions as we embark on this therapeutic partnership together.
