Introduction

I like getting to know my clients and their primary reason for seeking therapy. Clients should feel comfortable, welcome a challenge, but also feel that I can be a vessel for non-judgment. I am warm, open-minded, and direct. The goal is to have clients feel safe enough to explore their struggles so we can build a plan together for your optimal mental health and well-being. As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe mental health ties to many different aspects of our lives. My goal is that people do not struggle alone and I am here to help. I work with adults of all ages but really enjoy working with couples and women who experience anxiety, depression, or PTSD. My approach to therapy is collaborative and realistic. Our first session will be establishing goals and building trust and respect from the beginning of our therapeutic relationship. I am supportive and open with my clients, providing space and meeting people where they are at the moment. I am independently licensed in MA and SC. Contact me for a free initial consultation and learn how we can begin your journey to self discovery and well-being.
