For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult seasons. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland, with a Master of Science in Community Counseling from Wilmington University. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, chronic mental illness, relationship and family concerns, and other mental health challenges across community mental health, school-based services, juvenile services, and private practice. Since 2010, I have provided individual, family, and marriage counseling in private practice using a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach grounded in evidence-based care. I believe meaningful counseling begins with creating a safe place where you feel heard, respected, and understood, and it is my privilege to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and hope.
