Introduction

I specialize in supporting children, teenagers, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression—with particular focus on survivors of intimate partner violence, systematic oppression and trauma. At Mayflower Wellness, I create a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where healing can take root. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices including Trauma-Focused, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, and more tailored to each person's unique needs and pace. I believe every client carries inner strength and capacity for growth, and my role is to help you rebuild resilience, trust, and self-empowerment. I work with individuals across ages six and up, offering telehealth sessions and accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicaid of Maryland. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you or your family on the path toward healing.
