I work with adults and teens who are navigating emotional overwhelm. I integrate talk therapy, mindfulness, yoga-inspired movement, and energy work to support mind-body-spirit healing. My goal is to help clients build emotional awareness and body-based coping skills. Sessions may include breathwork, journaling, or art to deepen self-awareness. For teens, therapy builds emotional regulation, identity confidence, and communication skills. My goal is to create a safe space for curiosity, growth, and reconnection to your whole self.
