Introduction

I am a double-board certified nurse practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Acute Care. My experience is rooted in Trauma Surgery ICU & Black Women's Mental Health. I am also the founder and CEO of We Listen & We Don't Judge™ (WLWDJ). We Listen & We Don't Judge™ exists for the high-functioning Black women. The working professionals, the community leaders, the caregivers, moms, and students. The Black women who fall through the gaps of traditional therapy because they're high functioning. WLWDJ is for the woman that is educated and accomplished, but is asking herself why she isn't happy. It's for the Black women who keep showing up for everything & everyone, even though she hasn't shown up for herself in a long time. It's for the one who thought the degree, the baby, the marriage, the routine would help. The one who's done everything right, but still carries so much alone. At WLWDJ, we meet you where you are, day or night. We offer accessible, judgement-free mental health care that fits our real lives: flexible appointments, text based check-ins, and authenticity. This isn't just a practice, it's a movement. Mental Health care FOR US, BY US. We offer monthly concierge memberships, with great perks like 24/7 access to your PMHNP, free WLWDJ merchandise, access to free asynchronous group therapy and more. We also accept insurance 🤎 Currently accepting clients in Georgia. We Listen & We Don’t Judge™ | 👂🏾🤌🏾✨
