I've spent nearly a decade helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and life's most difficult transitions with compassion and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work collaboratively with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders to process past experiences, manage anxiety disorders—including social anxiety and panic—and address relationship challenges and grief. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, and family/marital therapy techniques to build healthier communication patterns and sustainable coping skills. Beyond my core specialties, I support clients navigating neurodevelopmental differences, attachment concerns, caregiver stress, body image struggles, and questions about life purpose. I also welcome those who wish to integrate their faith into therapy. Whether you're facing family dynamics, codependency, or the impact of chronic health challenges, I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clarity and meaningful growth. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
