I help people understand how they show up in relationships and develop the skills to connect more authentically with others. My work centers on attachment—how our early relational experiences shape the patterns we carry into adulthood—and how we can shift those patterns when they no longer serve us. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and the complex dynamics of modern relationships including open relationships and blended families. I'm particularly drawn to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone navigating identity questions or major life changes. My approach integrates attachment-based, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed therapies, helping you understand your role in conflict and reconnect with yourself. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
