Introduction

TELEHEALTH ADHD TESTING FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS (10 and older) -High quality ADHD testing with or without a referral -Within the State of Minnesota and Florida -Receive Immediate Results -Testing is administered, scored and interpreted during a 60-minute video session. -This product is the most requested by prescribing doctors -Includes IVA-2 testing, parent or self-report ADHD checklist, diagnostic interview, and interpretive report -Remote Testing & Diagnostic Report $299 -Private Pay Only (Credit, Debit or HSA Cards) A valid credit/debit card is required to book appointment for services. Payment is due at the time of testing and will be made with the card on file. I also offer telehealth individual therapy to adults. My goal as a psychologist is to provide high quality ADHD assessments and meaningful and supportive therapy, to increase people's understanding of themselves and to feel better. I have more than 28 years of experience and have received extensive training in therapy and assessments. I have worked in multiple settings including residential, outpatient clinics, correctional facilities and hospitals. I have held a variety of positions in my career and provided therapy, assessments and leadership. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1999, completed a predoctoral internship in Forensic Psychology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology.
