For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life's most challenging moments in hospitals, residential treatment facilities, universities, and non-profit organizations. That depth of experience across so many settings, along with my own lived experience, is what shaped my practice today. My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), combined with my master's degrees in Social Work (MSW) and Public Health (MPH), gave me a broad foundation. Now in private practice, I offer online therapy for adult individuals specializing in anxiety & depression; grief & loss; life transitions & divorce; narcissistic abuse & relationship trauma; pregnancy & parenting; and spirituality & personal growth because wherever you are in your journey, you deserve support that meets you there.
