I am passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate life’s challenges. Many of the young people I work with struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, emotional regulation, or social skills. Others face the pressures of school, friendships, or developmental changes. Families often come to me seeking greater confidence for their child, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of balance at home and school. My style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, tailored to each child’s age and developmental stage. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build resilience and coping skills. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I meet children with compassion and patience, helping them build on their strengths, boost resiliency, and feel more at ease in their daily lives. I look forward to working together.
