Introduction

I work with adults moving through these thresholds, shaped by grief, early relational wounds, and the ongoing process of becoming. For some, this is finding direction in early adulthood. For others, it is reimagining identity, relationships, or purpose in the face of change, aging, or loss. In our work together, we slow down and listen. With care and curiosity, we tend to what has been carried, gently meet what feels stuck, and make space for what is ready to emerge. You do not have to navigate this alone.
