Introduction

I help individuals, couples, and families tackle anxiety, depression, infidelity, trauma & emotional crisis, self-doubt & perfectionism, challenges with faith & beliefs, and communication issues. I believe that life gets better when we tackle the emotional issues at the root of our relationship problems. Our work together will focus on: improving your emotional connections, strengthening communication patterns, gaining skills for navigating conflict & enhancing intimacy with others, processing historical emotional ruptures & trauma events, and better understanding yourself & those you do life with. My style of counseling incorporates EFT, CBT, and Family Systems therapy. While these are the foundational theories in my practice, I utilize an integrated approach in session, which means I adopt evidence-based practices that best fit the needs of my clients. Are you ready to change: painful emotional or thought patterns, repeated misunderstandings & conflict, confusion & self-doubt, the impact of trauma on your daily life, unbalanced & overwhelming relationships? If so, reach out by email, phone, or the scheduling link to book your first session and gain the care, skills, and tools you need to change your life.
