Introduction

Hey, you! I see you. I see the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the invalidation, and the confusion. You’ve read the books. You’ve journaled. You’ve reflected on your actions and intentions. You’ve tried to be better. A better partner, friend, employee, mother, and more. Always adjusting, accommodating, & showing up in the ways others have asked — still, nothing changes. Maybe you’re constantly masking, overthinking every interaction, or feeling “too much” or “not enough” in your relationships. You’re not alone and you don’t have to keep navigating it this way! You deserve relationships where you don’t have to shape-shift to be loved. I work with trauma survivors, neurodivergent women, and neurodiverse couples who feel overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or disconnected. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning if neurodivergent traits and past trauma are tied to patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, sensory overload, communication challenges, and more. My work is trauma-informed, multicultural, and neuro-affirming, integrating EFT, CBT, and Family Systems in ways that align with your neurotype, needs, and values. As a neurodivergent woman, I bring both lived and professional understanding into the counseling space—centering authenticity, safety, and care that actually feels supportive.
