Introduction

At the center of any therapy, I believe it is a collaboration between therapist and client so you will be comfortable and aware throughout your journey, without ever feeling like strings are being pulled in the background. I provide psychoeducation to clients and together we strategize realistic goals to meet each individual’s needs. I have worked with individuals and groups utilizing various treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among others. I feel a synthesis of approaches helps a broader range of concerns. I offer help to teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, grief, as well as adjustments to change. I am enthusiastic to continue working with people navigating life. I look forward to starting your mental health wellness journey or continuing it with you.
