Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) who works with adults and older adults navigating life's most difficult moments—anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly heard and accepted without judgment. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and narrative therapy, alongside Christian counseling for those who find faith meaningful in their healing journey. Whether you're processing loss, moving through a major life transition, recovering from trauma, or managing anxiety and depression, I'm here to walk with you at your pace. I work with individuals and couples, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey toward healing.
