Introduction

Life gets messy sometimes. Big emotions, relationships that feel harder than they should, or finding yourself caught in the same argument or situation again and again leaving you feeling guilty, sad or embarrassed. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. Together, using DBT and EMDR, we'll build real coping tools, spot the patterns that keep pulling you back in, and slow things down enough to understand why they're happening, so you can actually shift them instead of just managing them. You won't be left holding onto the guilt, shame, or pain that so often comes along for the ride. A little about me: I'm a first-born Leo through and through, direct, warm, and not afraid to be a little bold, and I've spent over a decade in community mental health here in Arizona. Everything I do is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, because I believe the things that trip us up usually aren't flaws. They're protections that made sense once, even if they don't anymore. My style is collaborative and goal-focused: this is your life we're working toward, and I'm here to help you get there. My specialty is helping people make sense of reactions that feel too big for the moment they're in. EMDR gives your brain a way to process the memories still weighing on you, and DBT builds hands-on skills for navigating tough emotions and relationships in real time. Sessions are a proactive, welcoming space to work through whatever's no longer serving you. Taking the first step can feel like a lot, especially when you're already carrying so much. You don't need to have it all figured out, and you don't need to be in crisis, to deserve support. If any of this feels like it speaks to you, I'd love to connect. Let's make sense of it together and build toward a life that actually fits who you are. **All of my services are provided virtually over a HIPAA compliant platform.**
