I’m Shavanah Chargois, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker providing trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I became a therapist through a strong belief in the importance of feeling heard, supported, and understood—especially during times of emotional overwhelm or life transition. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship concerns, and complex family dynamics. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach and strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and develop effective coping skills. My goal is to help clients experience meaningful, lasting change and feel more confident, grounded, and connected in their daily lives.
