Life can be overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to make space to slow down, breathe, and sort through everything you’re carrying. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can bring your full self. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, burnout, or major life changes, therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on increasing your emotional capacity and helping you feel more grounded and connected. My style is warm, authentic, and interactive. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs. With children and teens, I often use creative and play-based methods like drawing, games, and simple mindfulness activities to build emotional awareness in ways that feel natural and engaging. With adults, we may focus more on understanding patterns, building coping skills, and gently exploring what’s happening beneath the surface. I integrate mind-body approaches to help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress and how to find regulation in real time. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, the protector, or the overachiever—with curiosity and compassion. When helpful, I incorporate practical skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support real-life change. I work with families, children, teens, and adults. My areas of focus include trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, parenting and family dynamics, ADHD, emotional regulation, burnout, grief, and navigating school or legal systems. My background includes extensive work with families, juvenile probation, and school districts, which allows me to bridge clinical care with real-world advocacy and support. Therapy with me is a space to be honest, creative, and supported as you grow. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building skills, self-understanding, and emotional resilience along the way.
