Introduction

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist providing evidence-based therapy for adults. My approach is humanistic, affirmative, and centered on holistic wellness. Within an often harsh and exclusive healthcare system, I aim to nurture, validate, and honor your value so you can safely explore and heal. I bring curiosity, authenticity, and humor to my work, integrating humanistic and behavioral techniques. I specialize in working with queer, neurodiverse, and disabled folks. I have spent my career learning to help manage anxiety, trauma, OCD, relational stressors, life transitions, and identity development. As a queer, nonbinary, autistic, disabled therapist, I’m passionate about exploring the unique strengths and challenges of our diverse communities. My lived experience informs my work—I’ve been where you are and aim to help you reach a more healed, authentic, and values-aligned version of yourself while navigating stress, trauma, identity, etc. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to go it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow. If you’re curious about working together or wondering whether therapy might help, I invite you to reach out—we’ll move at your pace, with care, curiosity, and compassion guiding the way.
