Shay Linke is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides psychotherapy services to individuals who are ready to make significant changes in their lives. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boise State University and her undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has clinical experience working in community-based mental health. Shay specializes in working with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, stress, trauma disorders, and substance use. Shay is a Veteran with over 10 years of military service and works with military families, Veterans, and First Responders. Shay's approach to therapy is trauma-sensitive and collaborative, focusing on your individual needs and preferences. She fosters a non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. Drawing from a holistic lens, she integrates elements of mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Strengths-based, and other evidence-based practices.
