Hello, my name is Shay Rogers, And I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with honors at Salisbury University and became licensed in 2021. During my undergrad I interned in trauma heavy roles which sparked my interest in complex post traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) and other brain diversities. A year out of school I was diagnosed with ADHD and many “aha moments” followed. I current practice as a mental health provider with a collaborative approach. I see clients as the experts on their experiences and counseling as a tool for developing insight, processing big or unresolved emotions, and exploring authentic self. I opened my practice in 2025 to create an environment centered on my core values as a social worker. I believe therapy is a space of unconditional regard, judgement free, and meant to be tailored made. I consider a client’s whole health during treatment; considering a person’s physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Our experiences shape how we see the world and that perspective is individual. Every person is deserving of a space to freely express, process, and grow. All humans are welcome here.
