Shaye believes that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all journey. By providing a therapeutic experience grounded in creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Life can bring profound challenges, and Shaye is deeply committed to holding space for clients' darkest moments- helping clients navigate, cope with, and carry pain without judgment. For clients who desire it, she may also incorporate faith-based practices into the therapeutic process. Shaye has experience with neurodivergent elementary aged children, individuals diagnosed ADHD, GAD, and OCD. She is actively training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help couples build intimacy and navigate conflict, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help any aged individuals heal, understand their inner pain, and integrate different parts of themselves. Shaye may utilize Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered, CBT or DBT. Her core belief in wellness comes from walking alongside clients so they don't feel like they're facing challenges alone. Shaye believes every individual and relationship is unique and draws from a diverse and integrative toolkit to meet clients exactly where they are. https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/1796330
