My name is Shayna Thomas. I’m a proud military spouse and mom of two, and I love calling Fort Collins home. I’m honored to serve individuals in this community as they navigate life’s transitions, especially pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, grief, and identity shifts. I believe therapy is a space for both deep healing and laughter, because sometimes you need both in the same breath. I specialize in working with women, parents, and individuals who are ready to move beyond survival mode and reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they fill and titles they hold. Whether we’re exploring the impact of trauma, processing a difficult birth experience, navigating parenthood, or untangling long-standing patterns, I strive to create a space where every part of your story is welcome. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and help your mind and nervous system move toward greater safety, resilience, and connection. Having grown up mediating, listening, and bringing humor to tough situations as a triplet, I now bring those same qualities into the therapy room. I believe healing happens when people feel deeply seen, genuinely understood, and safe enough to explore even the hardest parts of themselves. I hope that everyone leaves feeling a little more at home in themselves.
