Introduction

Being a person is hard sometimes. Relationships are complicated, life rarely goes according to plan, & sometimes we find ourselves wondering, “Okay, so what now?” I believe people are inherently good, capable of growth, & more than the things they’ve been through. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, & grounded in curiosity about who you are, how you got here, & where you want to go. We’ll make room for the hard stuff, look at the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself, & explore what it might look like to do things differently. I work with individuals, couples, & families navigating things like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, & the general chaos of being a person. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself. That means honest conversations, uncomfortable questions, occasional sarcasm, & plenty of room for laughter along the way. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will show up with curiosity, compassion, & a belief in your ability to grow. And when hope feels hard to find, I’m happy to hold onto some for you until you can find your way back to it. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We can start with wherever you are, even if that’s a big, messy “I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing.” Honestly, that’s a perfectly good place to start.
