I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. As a behavioral health therapist, I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups—from children and teenagers through adults—to address trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I want to understand not only what you're going through, but also the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. I draw on evidence-based methods including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and family therapy to help you make sense of what feels difficult, recognize your strengths, and build changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. I offer services in both English and Spanish. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to explore what's possible, I'm here to support you.
