Introduction

You can have a successful life and still know something isn’t working. You can love someone and question whether you should stay. You can understand exactly why you struggle and still not know how to change it. That's where I come in. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, high-achieving people who are used to figuring things out on their own. They may understand why they feel the way they do and have plenty of coping skills, yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns, carrying experiences they can’t quite move beyond, or realizing the life or relationship they built no longer fits—relationship struggles and betrayal, trauma and grief, anxiety and obsessive thoughts, addiction and recovery, burnout, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to the person in front of me. I integrate EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I-CBT for OCD, attachment and parts work, somatic approaches, and practical relationship and behavioral strategies. I work with individuals as well as couples facing disconnection, infidelity, difficult decisions about their relationship, or the desire to communicate and show up differently with one another. I don’t believe therapy should be about endlessly talking around the same problem. We can understand where a pattern came from while also doing something with what keeps it alive today. Whether you’re trying to heal what happened, decide what comes next, reconnect with yourself or your partner, or finally change something you’ve been carrying for years, our work is about helping you move forward with greater clarity, choice, and confidence.
