I have extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic pain, life transitions, the journey of self-discovery, and so much more. I hold a deep passion for perinatal mental health, providing heartfelt support to those experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility challenges. I am committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. I utilize a client-centered approach to tailor therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, guiding them toward lasting healing and emotional freedom. Outside of her work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, finding peace through paddleboarding, exploring new cultures through traveling, and recharging my mind and body through yoga. My vibrant and grounded approach to life is reflected in my care I offer to my clients, thus creating a therapy experience rooted in connection, authenticity, and growth.
